Terms of Service
Last updated July 2, 2026
These terms govern your use of Kakerou. By connecting an account and using the service, you agree to them. Kakerou is an early-stage product; we'll keep this page honest as it grows.
What Kakerou does
Kakerou is a personal operator that reads your recent inbound, finds leads that went cold, drafts win-backs in your voice, and — once you approve — sends them from your own connected account. It can take on adjacent work (follow-ups, scheduling, research), always on the same approval-first basis.
Your account
- You must own, or be authorized to connect, any account you link to Kakerou.
- You are responsible for keeping your login and connected accounts secure.
- You must be able to form a binding contract to use the service.
The approval model — your responsibility
Kakerou drafts; you approve. Nothing is sent, posted, or otherwise acted on externally without your explicit go-ahead. Because messages go out from your own account and in your name, you are responsible for the content you approve to send and for complying with the rules of the platforms you connect (including anti-spam laws and each provider's terms).
Acceptable use
- Don't use Kakerou to send spam, harass, deceive, or break the law.
- Don't use it to access accounts or data you aren't authorized to use.
- Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its providers.
Third-party services
Kakerou works through third-party services you connect (such as Google, Composio, Telegram, and others). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we aren't responsible for their availability or actions.
Beta and availability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. Features may change, and we may modify or discontinue parts of the service. We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kakerou and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
You can stop using Kakerou and revoke its access at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated or to protect the service or its users.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the date above; continued use after a change means you accept it.
